Fitness guru Joe Wicks is scaling back his daily exercise sessions because the number of participants has fallen-but a new session will be held on the weekend.
He told BBC Breakfast that the sessions will now be at 9 am from next week on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.
The regular morning sessions have been going on for 13 weeks five days a week, including during the Easter and half-term holidays, but he says numbers are declining so he will and the number of sessions.
Since he first started tuning in over a million people, there are only just 100,000 people a day.
Joe Wicks said: “I want to keep it going, I am not retiring, I am just going part time. Saturday will allow families that want to take part on the weekend will be able to do so.
“Having a day’s rest in between means I will have a bit more energy and be able to deliver a better session.”
It means he is the last Fancy Dress Friday today, so he is going to be dressed like a Spiderman.
He added: “In the past 13 weeks I have had 70 million views from people all over the world, and we raised half a million pounds for the NHS.
“This is my proudest achievement. It is the most important thing I have ever done and I am so grateful to all the people who have taken part.
“I am going to use the days off I will still be filming content for my channel. We started off with 900,000 live streamers, then it went 500, 400, 300.
“For the past couple of weeks we have had between 120 to 100,00 live viewers. It is still a really consistent number, but I think having that day off means they will miss it and come back and doing a really good work out on the days they do them.”
He said he also needed time to recharge and spend a little bit more time with his family.
