The remarkable Saturday was one of the year’s best in college football before the start of COVID-19. We had Ohio State-Oregon, Texas-LSU, North Carolina, Oclahoma, Penn state-Virginia Tech and Iowa-Iowa State on the board, only remembering those non-conference games scheduled for September 12, 2013. But each of those events was washed off the calendar by the unusual circumstances of this season.
College Football: So Saturday could seem like a downer to college soccer supporters who expected bigger matches compared to that which could have been. But given the way things looked several times in the last couple of months — teams and leagues quitting the season — it is not all that poor Saturday’s schedule. During the three waves, ranked teams will play No. 1 Clemson, No. 5 of Oklahoma, No. 10 Notre Dame, No. 14 of Texas, No. 18 of North Carolina and No. 21 of UCF and No. 23 of Iowa State.
A total of 10 ACC teams and seven Big 12 teams will be opening their seasons Saturday while Mike Norvell will be coaching his first play in Florida State, Notre Dame is making his debut with the ACC and Clemson is making the bid to win the national championship.
College Football: These games are a lot to cover and everything in between. Every step of the way, CBS Sports will be here to refresh you with the latest scores, highlights and news. Eastern every day

Leddie Brown, the Junior RB, also ran for 123 m and two touchdowns on ten half carriages. Also, a TD caught.
Jonathan Adams’ grab. Ultimately, Jr. was reversed. But shortly afterwards Arkansas State DID ties it up 7-7. Although it did not matter, it is still sick.
